At ‘The Cabin’ I have created a sanctuary in the community where everyone can come and practice yoga irrespective of age, injury and experience. It is set in a beautiful green space which is the perfect setting for yoga.
I believe yoga is for every body. My classes are approachable, friendly and nurturing. You’ll have fun, stretch, relax and feel great.
I teach in my studio, the park, via Zoom and I also have a library of on demand classes. I hold regular Gong Baths, Yoga Nidra sessions, speciality workshops and retreats.
