Begin the day with a playful yoga flow class to cleanse your body and mind. Then enjoy a healthy, wholesome vegetarian lunch. In the afternoon the tempo will slow down with yin yoga (longer held floor postures) to open and realign your energy channels. Finally indulge in a deep meditation for ultimate relaxation.
